Just bought a Skoda Fabia from here; was greeted by such lovely, welcoming and friendly staff who made the experience so easy and straightforward for me, there was no pressure to buy or anything like that(like you can get at some garages) every vehicle here is top quality and you can genuinely tell how much the staff care about their stock which is evident by how spotless the garage is. This is a garage that clearly takes pride in customer service and what they do, definitely recommend and thanks again guys 😃

Just bought a car from here. What an absolutely fabulous garage to purchase from. Very friendly group of people. They made the whole buying experience a dream. My partner and I purchased a Hyundai tucson from the guys at one automotive yesterday. Extremely pleased with the whole process. car was as described and priced fairly within the market, no pushy sales, purchase was smooth and arranging collection was easy. On collection day everything such as a service and MOT as discussed was completed and the car was gleaming. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to a purchase a new vehicle. I’ll be looking to go back when my car needs changing 👍🏻

What fab guys. I had to buy the truck as soon as I saw it, it was immaculate as was all the vehicles, and the workshop. All of them was fab, no hard sales and no pushing of extra warranty like you would expect a lot of garages. Many thanks for delivering it for me as well, was really appreciated and to have Mike deliver it just topped it off (thanks for the autographed picture, it’s being framed 🤣). As many people know when buying a new vehicle it’s a situation that many of us have had a uneasy feeling with either the sales service /back up details with many salespersons & dealers just interested in getting a sale with pressure selling or other tactics…….

Had the perfect Caddy maxi for me at the best price for its age/mileage. Was took straight off the market when reserved and could pick it up whenever was best for me. Very happy with the van 😊

Just bought an S MAX from James and the staff from One Automotive. They were fantastic from start to finish. So kind and helpful, going out of their way to try and resolve any issue that may arise….such a a missing tow bar.
If they had a vehicle in stock to suit my husbands needs we would be going back today to purchase it. It’s a shame they don’t. 100% recommend by me. Thanks all.
